Reporting a problem
Please include as much of this as you can — it usually turns a week of guessing into a same-day fix:
- Device model and iOS version
- Rush Hour or Career, and which mission
- What you expected versus what happened
- Steps to reproduce
- Whether it is reproducible or intermittent
Common questions
What is the difference between Rush Hour and Career?
Rush Hour is an endless score attack where the clock is the score limiter. Career is twelve stage-driven missions on the same city.
How do I last longer in a shift?
Drive clean. Crashes reset your multiplier and cost two seconds, and clean fares pay 25% extra before the multiplier applies.
Does it need an internet connection?
No. Everything runs on your device.
Are there ads or in-app purchases?
No, neither.
Which devices are supported?
iPhone and iPad, in landscape.
Privacy and data requests
City Rush is an offline game. It collects no data, shows no advertising, has no analytics and makes no network connections.
Because nothing leaves your device, there is no account to close and no server-side data for us to export or delete. To remove everything the app has stored, delete the app from your device. Full detail is in the City Rush privacy policy.
