Privacy Policy

This is the policy that covers all of our apps. Each app also has its own policy that describes exactly what that app stores and which permissions it asks for — those are the URLs listed on the App Store and Google Play, and they are linked below. Where an app-specific policy and this one differ in detail, the app-specific policy governs that app.

1. Who we are

Flowlab Apps is an independent app developer. We publish the apps listed on this site to the Apple App Store and Google Play. You can reach a person at dev@flowlabapps.com.

2. What we collect

Nothing. None of our apps collects personal information, and we operate no server that stores user data. Specifically, across every app we publish:

• No account, sign-up, login or email capture.
• No analytics or telemetry SDK of any kind.
• No advertising, advertising identifiers or advertising SDKs.
• No crash or diagnostic reporting sent to us.
• No location tracking, contact-list access or device fingerprinting.
• No third-party trackers compiled into any build.

4. Data on your device

Our apps do store things — a fasting history, a screenshot library, an encrypted vault, a saved game. All of it is written to your device's own storage, and none of it is transmitted to us. Each app's own policy lists exactly what it keeps and where.

5. Network connections

Most of our apps make no network connections at all; several ship without any networking capability, so the operating system itself prevents a connection. Where an app does reach the network, it is for a feature you asked for, it is described plainly in that app's policy, and it never carries your personal data. The two current cases are Keybound's opt-in breach check, which sends a five-character hash prefix and nothing more, and Universal Remote, which talks to a television on your own local network.

6. Support communications

If you email us for support, we receive what you choose to put in that email — your address, your message and any screenshot or log you attach. We use it only to answer you, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not share it. Please do not send us passwords, recovery keys or the contents of an encrypted vault; we never need them.

7. Sharing and selling

We do not sell, rent, share or disclose personal information. We hold none to sell. We do not share personal information for cross-context behavioural advertising, and we have never done so.

8. Children

Several of our games are suitable for children. Because none of our apps collects any data from anyone, none of them collects data from children — there is nothing to disclose, share or delete. Our games contain no advertising, no in-app purchases, no chat and no user-generated content. We comply with COPPA, the Google Play Families policy and the App Store Kids Category requirements by not collecting anything in the first place.

9. Your rights

Under the GDPR, the UK GDPR, the CCPA/CPRA and comparable laws, you have the right to access, correct, port and delete personal data a company holds about you, and to object to its processing. We hold no personal data about our users, so there is nothing for us to produce, correct, port or erase.

You control the data on your own device: delete items inside an app, revoke a permission in system settings, or remove the app to clear its local data on iPhone, iPad and Android. On a Mac, moving an app to the Trash leaves its data behind; Data & Account Deletion gives the steps for each app. You will never be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

10. International transfers

Since no personal data is collected, no personal data is transferred internationally or stored in any jurisdiction.

11. Retention

We retain no user data, so there is no retention period to state. Data you create inside an app stays on your device for as long as you keep it there. Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your question.

12. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the revised version will appear at this address with a new date at the top. If any app ever begins collecting data, the relevant policy will be updated before that version ships, and the app will ask for your consent in-app.

13. This website

flowlabapps.com is a set of static HTML pages. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, embeds no tracking pixel, loads no third-party font, script or advertising tag, and has no comment system, contact form or login. Nothing on the site attempts to identify you or follow you between pages, and there is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.

The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes the requests your browser makes in order to deliver the page and to protect the site from abuse, which involves your IP address and standard request metadata. That processing is governed by Cloudflare's privacy policy. We do not receive, request or retain those logs, and we have no visitor analytics dashboard of any kind. Links out to Apple, Google or other third-party sites are governed by those sites' own policies once you follow them.
