CopyLocker
CopyLocker is a clipboard manager that lives in your menu bar. Copy as you normally would; when you need something again, press ⌘⇧V, type a few letters and press Return. Your history never leaves your Mac.

CopyLocker keeps what you copy — plain and rich text, links, images and references to files — and pastes it back in its original formats. Press ⌘⇧V, or a shortcut of your own, and the history window opens over whatever you are working in. Results narrow as you type, and filters such as type:image, app:Safari and is:pinned get you to the right item faster.
It is built for the keyboard. Arrow keys move, Return pastes, Shift-Return pastes as plain text, ⌘1–⌘9 pick from the top of the list, ⌘P pins and ⌘⌫ deletes. Pinned items are kept however old they get; everything else follows the limits you set, by count and by age.
You decide what it keeps. Pause capture from the menu bar whenever you like, and name apps it must never read from. Optional sensitive-content protection checks each copy in memory, before anything is saved, for one-time codes, card-like numbers, private keys, authentication codes, labelled secrets and password-manager content. It is off by default, every category is your choice, and it is a convenience rather than a guarantee — to be certain an app is never captured, exclude it.
What it does
Opens from ⌘⇧V or the menu bar icon. A Dock icon is a setting away if you want one.

Pinned items stay put. Everything else is trimmed to your limits — 1,000 items and 30 days unless you change them.

This app collects no data
CopyLocker collects nothing. Your clipboard history is stored only on your Mac, and the app ships sandboxed with no network entitlement, so it is technically incapable of making a network connection at all.
